Moving to Yale
Students will need to arrive at the Yale Farm at 12:00 pm on Sunday, August 20. We eat lunch and break into groups briefly before busses leave at 2:00 pm, so it is important to plan to arrive on time. The Yale Farm is located at 345 Edwards street, between Prospect Street and Whitney Avenue. To get the Yale Farm from I-91, take Exit 3 for Trumbull Street. From there, turn right on Whitney Avenue. Next, turn left onto Edwards. The Yale Farm will be on the right side of the street.
Parking near the Yale Farm can be found in lot 29 at 340 Edwards Street, lot 65 at 309 Edwards Street, or lot 62 at 301 Edwards Street (entrance on the corner of Prospect and Edwards).

Students traveling to the New Haven area on Saturday, August 19 will need to arrange a place to stay that night. Some hotels within walking distance of campus include the Courtyard Marriott at Yale, the Omni Hotel, and the New Haven Hotel.
Students will arrive back on campus directly from their Harvest trips around noon on Friday, August 25. You will not be able to enter your dorm rooms for the fall until you return from your Harvest trip, so bring with you only what you need for your trip. You are also permitted to bring one small bag, which you will be able to store during your trip. This bag should be marked CLEARLY with your name and college. Please ship the rest of your belongings to campus, or have your parents bring them to campus on the day you move in. Your parents will be able to enter your room early Friday, August 25, even without you there.
